Solved Death messages without plugins?

Hi,
I want to know how to make death notes with "say" console command, that every player that died\kill, it will show in the chat of the server a message like this: "SERVER (PlayerName) kills (PlayerName)".

You can do this with RustAdmin, navigate to 'Statistics' and up the top right you will see 'Send kills events to game chat'.

Simply just enable this.
