Rust Cupboard takeover announcement

This plugin will announce CupBoard takeovers. For example

[CLAN] GLasiore took over one of Wulf's CupBoards.
and in the end
[CLAN] GLasiore took over all of Wulf's CupBoards.

It must support Clans plugin or Friends plugin. Otherwise it announce my friends No one wants to see a spam on chat ...

 

I still feel like this would cause some spam. Even though I have clans on my server some new players to the game continue to play without forming a clan, therefore may send false takeover messages. Just my thoughts
