Rust Countdown with changing colors

Soo as the tittle says Im looking for a timer that will countdown from a set time but change color as the countdown gets low... The timer either must come with a command to reset or auto reset... I also need to be able to put a tittle above the timer.

Config something like the following would be perfect:
Text: "Purge, Mass Drop and Heli in:"
Timer Start: [
Hours : "2"
Minutes : "0"
Seconds : "0" - This is optional depending on the amount of lag this would cause
]

Color: [
Start Time Color : #00bbff
Half Way Color : #04ff00
3/4 Way Color : #ffa500
Last 5min Color : #e51414

 

Hi, I'm interested in helping you out on this but I need some additional information first. Are you looking for a timer that displays on the user's screen via GUI or via the in-game chat? I'm assuming via GUI but I just want to be sure.

 

Im looking for a GUI based timer That sits to the right of the hotbar but left of your HP/Food/Water
