1. Would love to know if it's possible to compile a plugin to a .dll and make it run just like that
     
  2. You would need to run a custom build of oxide that supports precompiled plugins. So unless you know c# to modify oxide it is not possible.

    Is there a reason why you need a pre-compiled .dll for a plugin?
     
  4. yes. safety. I dont want my scripts running to the wrong people. (not the public ones). especially when uploading them to a server host.

    I just wish to know whether it's possible or not.

    It's not possible without changing how plugins are loaded. There's nothing stopping users from decompiling DLLs either.
