Universal Community bridge / forum linking

I know this isnt Minecraft but there is an awesome plugin called Community Bridge by DukeofRealms that allows players to be manages by the forums or allow two way sync. I know its possible there might even be a plugin for it already and I just haven't found it. Basically this plugin establishes a link to the sql database that the forums is connected to and the plugin would read the fields it tells you and set the appropriate group in-game. Also be a great feature to use with a whitelist.

Any thoughts? Is there a plugin already?

 

No plugin currently exist like this, but all the necessary extensions exist for this to be coded.

 

How could I convince someone to code this for the community?

 

Money is a big motivator to some ha, also test servers, test forums, etc...
