Clipping through walls, doors, and rocks

Are there any known plugins which brings back / un-fixes the clipping exploit, where one can place a door / gates, and open the door / gate to push the player through walls, rocks, etc? I am able to do this exploit on my modded server, but not on my vanilla server -- so It must be due to some plugin. But I dont know which one, nor where to start looking to fix it.

 

So I unloaded all plugins -- and was still able to clip through the walls with a door. Is this a known Oxide bug at this point? Because It is impossible to do on my vanilla server -- We've tried for 4+ hours. On the modded server, I can do it in under 30 seconds...
