Reign of Kings Cleanup blocks placed outside of crest

Is there anybody working on a plugin like this / want to do one?

I'm not really the best plugin creator, the only language i half know is LUA ^^)

But the Idea is to cleanup all blocks outside of crests to prevent lag for the players since servers seems kinda sensitive against many blocks
