Not sure how but there is an invisible slot for people which cannot be seen but can be activated. So for example, if someone has 6 items within their bar and they pick something up it hides in this 7th one. I've tried to see if specific plugins were the issue but it doesn't seem to change. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
