Solved Can't access Plugins/Resources

Hello. I tried to access the resources and it takes me to 4 icons and I clicked on the, what I believed was the, Rust Experimental icon and it said "The requested page could not be found." and I'm like.... Why... Why me? Any ideas? If someone could help me, that would be great! Thanks
