Rust Building rentals

Is there a mod where I can set an area or set admin buildings where they cant be destroyed?

Is there a mod where someone can rent a building?

Something regarding renting buildings isn't available (yet?). Perhaps this is something you could request in the appropriate area

 

If set manually by the admin (the rents for each player), it would be easy to code it. The plugin would need only to use a cooldown system to make the player pay the rent. Imagine if the player didnt had money to pay it for example! We could force his house to me destroyed after sometime if he didnt pay

 

Aha Well i'm going at some point to create à rpg server,
And i was going to make this rent thing ^^
Houses wouldnt destroy but others would be able to rent them ^^

can it work like mc where you click on the sign and it tells you the price and for how long and as long as the building is not rented it cant be destroyed
