Reign of Kings Building block zones (without crests)

Is it possible to prohibit the construction of a certain area?
Example that it was impossible to build up a bridge to the throne.

 

yes its possible to make area where cant set block or more block.i use that kind plugins some times .firs i build base or something,then i activate plugin and that not alloved more block area.block just vanish if try to build

That not need plugins.add that no build area Stones or Iron.
