Solved Building block limits

I feel like excessive building will be an issue with the new update that will add significant radius to the cupboard and single cupboard will cover entire building as long as the blocks are connected.

To prevent people from taking excessive amounts of land, I wonder if someone could make a plugin that would limit the number of foundations that player can build? Ideally, this limit needs to apply on the player and the radius of the cupboard, to avoid second player abusing the base limit and doubling the work of first player.
