Ban dynamic IP addresses?

    Hello.

    Is it possible to block the player who has the variables ip and creates a new Steam account ?
    I have a server on dedicated machine.

    You wouldn't have any way of knowing if their IP or Steam account are related to the other account. The best you could do is guess based on possible similarities, but that would likely produce a lot of false positive bans.

    Would be a bad idea anyway because a many ISP's, here in America anyway, change your IP address automatically every so often.... as frequently as daily in some cases. This is why those who have reason to need a static IP set up a static IP.
