Any suggestions about server lags?

Hi guys, i have huge spikes on my server, fps drop from 80 to 20-30, any suggestions?

 

Well first of all are you hosting it on your own router if yes how much downlaod MB plus upload MB do you got,
the most important thing is how many CPU do you've and with CPU I mean not your i6 or i7 or i5 but I mean it about your ram like,
6GB or 4GB and also which plugin's do you've on your server
