Allowing 3.6.1 and 3.6.7 clients?

    all I understood it only wanted to increase my clients more I have to do for example, a 3.6.1 server running on 3.6.7 because I have one with plugins and not had 30 players out until the updating and that server is better

    I just don't understand why those clients are not using the latest version, there's no reason to be on a previous version unless they aren't using the official client.

    the client is already updated however wanted to update the server without having to delete the files and download again

    You shouldn't have to delete any files, Steam only downloads the files that changed.
