Admin Ranks vs. Plugins

What would I have to do for my moderator ranks on my servers, for them to have privlegde that certain plugins give? I, and anyone with '*' permissions in my servers config can interact with any commands that certain plugins give, but my moderators can't.

 

Here is a link for all permissions you can give your admins and moderators http://rokwiki.com/Player_Permissions . Obviously * means all permissions but I think you can manually add each permission under every group in the permissions.cfg to how you want them. Oxide plugin permissions are the same just locate the .json file and edited them to how you want.

 

That is for vanilla rok, I'm referring to pluggins only permitting admin who have * privs
