30 minutes for me to start loading the server and error compiling

It always takes me to load the startup of the server like 30 minutes or so, and now after a long time I started the server I waited for my time to start everything to load the server, and I did not leave the list of plugins And I left that mistake, I have the latest version of Rust and oxide

 

The server does not load until after about 30 minutes or so


And after that time, compilation error

 

I only have Windows Defender, for default in Windows 10 and the firewall normal.
