2 issues: No airdrops and C4 does no damage to players?

Two issues I'm having after the new patch, tell me if you have this as well!

First, no airdrops seem to be spawning... Signals and event.run work....

Other issue is if I set C4 on the ground and stand on it, i get zero damage.

[DOUBLEPOST=1438963414][/DOUBLEPOST]Update: On the airdrop issue, someone suggested skipping nights might be that's messing up with the airdrops and it certainly makes sense that it might. I recently switched from SkipNightVote or whatever it's named to Day Vote with auto skipping so it's probably not related to the patch at all.
