I get this but don't what it is or what it is related to

 

I got a question. So i was looking at this plugin and it says i have the 0.4.5 version but the latest update is 0.4.6. So i deleted the one i have on my server and re-added it thinking it would update to the new one but it didn´t ( have no idea what im doing) obviously it didn´t work. So my question is how do i update it to the newest version.

 

Does Update only work with certain plugins? for example my Portals and Economy mods were out of date but update did not show that.
