Yeah... sadly the site won't post the update as normal, been trying for a few hours.

  8. Not to be a noob, I just started this server and haven't had to update oxide yet. How do I update? i tried to downlosd via the Download Now button and I have the file. Just not sure how to update it using filezilla

You'd install the same way you installed Oxide. If you install via a control panel, simply shutdown the server, "uninstall" Oxide, and then install it again.

  10. Will all my plugins still be there?

Unless you or your host removes them, yes, but I'd recommend backing up if you aren't sure what your host does.

  12. Thanks Wulf!

  13. I tried twice downloading it of the download page, didn't work for me but going of github it worked, strange.

The Download Now link is actually the GitHub link right now, so it's the same thing. If you downloaded it before when it said 1914, then that is why.

  15. I figured as much but strangely enough that didn't work for me but all sorted now.

  16. Walf, I'm sorry to have caused any confusion tonight.

I had already used the Download Now button at 10.30pm and used those files after updating the server, but I was still getting the old version and the download was labelled 9th May. After your reply to my first post I downloaded it again and then I had the correct files. For some reason, the updated files were not available at least until after 10.30. Could my link have sent me to a mirror download that hadn't been updated?

Anyhow, I'm up and running after your reply so many thanks for the swift support. After downloading at 10.30, I would have been offline until the page text was also amended if you hadn't helped.

It's good to know Oxide is normally updated within a few minutes which will make the managing of the server much easier with less downtime.

    Thanks, PitMonk

There aren't any mirrors, there was a note on the download page since a few minute after Rust was updated that I was unable to update the download page, and I provided a link to download it from our GitHub snapshots. I later updated the Download Now button since not everyone reads before they download to point to that same GitHub link. The snapshots on GitHub are always updated before the site.

  18. I'm sorry, I missed the note you posted, I will look more carefully in the future.
    Many thanks, PitMonk

No worries, it'd not the ideal situation or setup, just hard to correct without access myself.

  20. So uh. Any update for Linux Oxide to match 1375?
