You could us igathaddtogroup (groupID) (target) and that add that person to the group. Or you can do igathsetgather (groupID) (x) (x) (x) and that would just set the gather of a group.

Why I have regular group and all rates multiplied by 2? For example, i have X4 day rates (I set it to x2) and X10 night rates (I set it to x5)?
And with admin permissions I cant use plugin commands in game, without permissions - can. Please fix.
And add please PERMISSIONS system for GROUPS. For example: type "igathcreategroup premium 4 4 4" and permission "igath.premium" will add automatically! Then I give permisson "igath.premium" for user "Red Apple" and he have x4 rates!

Convert your /data/IGather.json in UTF8(without BOM) if your players have names on russian lang. I converted all files of this plugin in UTF8 include IGather.cs and all work fine.
