  1. I think its not working because whatever you're trying to delete isn't actually deleted, and when you think it is, after you tried to put in the .cs to create the file, The word "BaseResource" is in the config. but not found in the .cs file causing an error like that. I've had something happen to me before. Not sure how I was able to fix the problem. I do not remember

  2. I've tried deleting the entire plugin and the config file. Then the issue arrises where the config file never regenerates again. It's a pain. I've been fighting with this plugin for nearly 5 hours now, so I've given up all hope lol. I don't know what more I can do, but I'm hoping something will arise tomorrow for a fix. Thank you once again!

  3. np. Hope you get it worked out.

  4. @Shark-A-Holic - Please make sure you're checking the correct directory for the Oxide plugins. The directory structure of Oxide was changed a few versions ago, so the .cs files being used are in <rust_directory>/oxide, and not <rust_directory>/server/my_server_identity/oxide like they used to be. Based on your descriptions, it sounds like you're deleting from the old oxide directory, but the version in the new oxide directory is getting picked up and throwing the error.

  5. I am using the correct directory.

  6. @Shark-A-Holic - If you're using the correct directory, then there must be an issue with your Rust or Oxide installation on the server. There's no way the latest version of TruePVE can throw an error regarding BaseResource, because BaseResource doesn't exist in it. The most likely possibilities are either your server is picking up an old version of TruePVE from a different directory, or your server is hiding or caching the plugin somewhere and using that. But I think the first option is the most likely. You could also double check that you don't have the Oxide path (+oxide.directory) defined in your startup - maybe it's pointing to another location?

    Wulf Community Admin

    He was using the wrong location. ;) He seems to have gotten it working now though, which he mentioned in his other thread that I was helping him in regarding this.

  8. Yep we're good to go. Sorry guys been working late hours so I'm slow on replies. Thank you both as always! Wonderful devs, wonderful admins. :) @Wulf @ignignokt84

    I just noticed that CupboardOwnership flag isn't allowing damage outside of the cupboard range anymore ? I haven't noticed this, but it was working the first time I tested it so never checked it after that. LOL

    I have it saved in the config along with AuthorizedDamage and AuthorizedLooting.

    "RuleSets": [
    {
    "name": "default",
    "enabled": true,
    "defaultAllowDamage": false,
    "flags": "AuthorizedDamage, AuthorizedLooting, CupboardOwnership, NoHeliDamage, HumanNPCDamage, LockedBoxesImmortal, LockedDoorsImmortal, AdminsHurtSleepers, TurretsIgnorePlayers",
    "rules": [
    "anything can hurt dispensers",
    "players cannot hurt players",
    "anything can hurt npcs",
    "npcs can hurt players",
    "barricades can hurt players",
    "highwalls can hurt players",
    "anything can hurt heli",

    ]
    },

  10. I've not noticed this - also, I've tested locally and it is working as expected, so maybe there's a config issue on your side, or a plugin interfering?

  11. This probably has nothing to do with TruePvE but........was just wondering if there is away to allow AutoTurrets to
    target and kill animals? I have made RuleSets for this, but it doesn't seem to do anything. Or more then likely, I have not
    done something correctly.

    Unless it is not possible for AutoTurrets to target and kill animals anymore in general? Not sure.

    Thanks.

  12. The only ones I have that might interfere are Building Blocker and Cupboard Radius. But I am very certain I had those when you updated TruePVE with the CupboardAuthorized flag and it was working then.

  13. It's possible that the way turrets acquire targets has changed - TruePVE doesn't do anything to change that behavior. The only behavior TruePVE can currently modify for turrets is whether they target players and whether they deal/receive damage. Any other behavior should be Rust default unless you have other plugins for turret control.

    Can you test them? Meaning, unload each plugin and retest damage outside of cupboard range?

  14. yeah ill do some testing today.

    EDIT: ok I spent an hour testing with and without those plugins, There was no change in damage. Although, I did find some things were able to be damaged outside of TC Range, but some things were not.

    These Items take no damage outside of TC Range: (Items with * have no visible health bar)

    SearchLight
    WaterBarrel
    Ceiling Light *
    PinWheel
    Reactive Target *
    Pookie Bear
    Campfire
    Rug*
    Bear Rug*
    Table*
    Chair*
    Vending Machine* ( I couldn't see the health bar at least)
    Mailbox*
    Jack o Lanterns (both)
    Small Furnace
    Reinforced Window Bars
    Sand Bag Barrier

    I might not have tested everything. I'll recheck and add them here.

  15. I will test these too - what weapon were you using to test? Also, can you post your full list of plugins?

  17. @Krazy J - I tested all of those items and I still can't reproduce your issue. All of those items could be damaged outside of cupboard range, and once a cupboard was deployed, they only took damage if authorized. Can you upload your json?

  18. I dont know what in the config would be stopping me from damaging on certain items. Maybe I'm missing something.

  19. I've tested with your config and I still haven't experienced any issues. There has to be another plugin that's causing this behavior, but looking through your list, none of them stick out as likely candidates. Perhaps you can try unloading plugins one at a time, and attempt to damage those items after each one?

  20. I can do that. It may take a lil time to do that though, I can get it done.
