TimeWarning spam in console/logs

Ive followed and few steps on here but to no avail. nothing i type in the console or chat shows up in game and my dorrs dont auto lock ect, anyone got any diffrent suggestions, please let me know asap, as this is driving people away, thanks BigDoeB
(Im only getting the AI error in my console not the Net.SV one)

Using Hapis map and my server says I'm only using 6% of the memory and 2.46% of the CPU, this issues really getting the better of me. -

Can't post log.warning, more than 10 mb.
And i found my solution, it was deathnotes plugins, he cause bigs lags.
No one message cycle error since i had removed plugin. -
Had that on my server a while back, lasted 1 evening and never happened again. It was on a patch day. I hava a feeling it was either a ddos or some issue with the host. It stopped by itself and i was only running one mod that didnt have any hooks or anything that could have taken so much time. We did suspect rustmap.io, the domain had issues that evening and we had that extension running.

Hey guys,
I would like to know something more about this time warning: Net.sv.Cycle.
In the first hour after a restart, it doesn't show up, then the more time the server is running the more the delay increases.
It's probably a game problem, but I'd like to know what and if I can do something to keep it as low as possible.

From what I understand this warning pops up when a server tick takes too long to return. I don't know what the default server tick time is, I'm guessing it's in the order of 30 ms or so usually. Lots of things can affect and hold the server, it could be DDOS, it could be a mod going wild, it could just be the mutualized server you are on running out of CPU or ram, it could be the HDD choking up loading something/saving something, etc.
From my experience with Legacy, you want your mods to do as little writing and reading from and to disk as possible and not too often either. You might have a mod that's going crazy on memory usage (ex: it allocates something on a frequently called hook and fails to deallocate it), or even CPU usage (ex: the plugin stores information on all player actions and each tick it looks through that info to compile stats --- as time goes, that information stash is increasing in size and gets slower and slower to go through, eventually choking the server).
Another case I've had was with the playrust.io pluggin a while back (this is a suspicion, I could never confirm it). This extension sends information to the site constantly to update player position, chat, etc. and if the domain becomes unresponsive, I assume it can hang the server. On that night where I had insane cycle times, when I tried going on playrust.io half the time it would just hang there for 30-60 seconds before telling me the site was unavailable. Could be pure coincidence too, it was an update night and things can get hectic on those days.
I would look with your host to see if they can monitor the memory and CPU usage of your rust server process. I would also look at your mod configs/logs to see if there is anything suspicious or huge hidden in there. You might want to remove mods (and extensions) one by one and see if you find the culprit. Also inquire with your host about the possibility of it being a DDOS attack, they should be able to identify that. -

I just wanted to know if it was a plugin or just the number of plugins running that causes lag to build up and require a server restart.
For example, the timewarnings start off on the low side and end up getting insanity level and eventually I just restart my servers. I know the warnings are not oxide based. I just would like to figure out how to reduce them or at least not have to restart my server every 8-12 hours.

You can turn off AI (Animal movement) with the following commands "Ai.move (1 or 0)" or "Ai.think (1 or 0)". Keep in mind if you do this with move the animals will remain stationary and players will likely complain they cannot find them. And with ai.think the horses and other animals I have found wandered well within into the ocean area, and they just stand there floating on the water.

I'm pretty positive the sv_requestfile and imageupdate are from SignArtist (or perhaps just loading signs in general, might not be SignArtist specifically). I'm stating to wonder if Rust (or Oxide) just added more warnings and that perhaps these have been there all along? So many plugins were broken by the last patch and had to be fixed up, it could also be one of them tripping.
Server is really laggy since the Thursday update too for everyone... Host says all is normal on their end (hen again, do they ever say otherwise? lol)

Actuall I checked all the logfiles the last hours and I see a lot of errors in combinatino with Rust:IO, thinking of deactivating it for a try...
Anyone WITHOUT RustIO who has the same issues with laggs?

Hey guys, newbie to the Oxiders but I just wanted to put my 2cents in as I run a vanilla server with zero addons and I'm getting a buttload of these as well. Still don't know why but I just wanted to let you know I dont' think it's an addon issue. (googled one of the errors and you guys popped up lol)

EDIT: I personally suspect these being related to possible ddos attacks or steam server hiccups? I'd like to hear your thoughts on that if you guys experience insane lag about the same time those timewarnings come through?
I just got them for a straight 20 minutes like spam and then suddenly half the server disconnected. "kicked: Steam: k_EAuthSessionResponseAuthTicketCanceled". after everyone reconnected the lag subsided and the timewarnings stopped.

They just pop constantly on mine, not every second but I get at least 2-3 every 5 min. The only one that pops in a bunch is the sv_requestfile one but I'm almost positive that's just SignArtist pumping images to players as they appear 4-5-6-7 at a time when getting close to a base for the first time. Didn't check inside those bases but I'm sure they have exactly as many signs in there.
The lag on my server comes and goes, but what I mostly get is like a 4-5 seconds of hard lag for every player, where you rubberband backwards 2-3 times in short succession and then a 2-3 sec freeze.. I have people getting disconnects constantly on the server since patch, it's abnormal.. Then there's the standard opening anything for the first time, shooting for the first time, etc. that freezes Rust for 2-30 seconds but I think that one is client-side, not everyone has that... Kinda hard to tell everything apart, but overall it runs like shit.
I checked with my host (gameservers) and asked them to check on the cpu, memory, disk access, network access and specifically mentioned lots of servers are experiencing DDOS but they told me everything looks good on their end. Of course, they always say that, but anyways, seeing lots of other servers are struggling with similar issues since patch I'm pretty sure it has something to do with the patch.
Then again... they could just be new warning messages, or maybe they lowered the threshold for them to pop, etc. Who knows...
