Looks like it that there are some issues with your config file, try removing it and have the plugin generate a new one.

@Ankawi @Wulf @Mughisi <-- So my players TP is fine and randomly like once every 2-3 days they have to wait 200 minutes I tried fixing it by doing nothing and after they wait everything is fine usually, but then the problem comes back. One timed i tried resetting configs but no use. So what can i do? Is their a way to simply reset cooldowns

i need help im new to this I have a server and want to config some plugin so in edit text and save it and then relaunch it into the server and donst work and then I do it for save as and launch it but nothing happens still dosent up date or change what I have edited in config am I doing something wrong while doing this or missing a step in the progress can u plz help the telportaiong mod is not the only one that it is happing to

So I have an Error, I have Friends API installed however even adding a person to your friends list doesnt allow you to set home? Any clues?
I've turned off owner for now as I cant get it to work. -
before this updates, i never got any warnings that telling me that anything took longer as usual.
so i dont know if it is a performance prooblem by rust itself with their shitty updates in the last times or any "performance bug" of oxide?
its no secret, that unity still have the memory leak problem (facepunch told in their devblog already often enough that it has been fixed with next update, but it never has been fixed and i think it wont ever be fixed ._.)
now i got this warning too:

why does facepunch put so much new crap in their updates instead of fix that crappy performance problems?
with more crap abilities in the updates comes more performance problems...

Hi Mughisi,
Players are getting hurt on using TP and home points if they are going to a high position. Eg. 3rd level of base, etc.
Anyone going to ground level doesn't seem to have the issue.
Is anyone else noticing this?
This has been since a recent RUST Update (I think the last main update at start of December). Never used to do it before that.

Feature request: Command to wipe all teleport locations. This would be pretty handy on map resets.

Getting complaints about how when setting home on a foundation they have set, it's giving the error that they must use a foundation. My admin and I played around with it and found that if it's touching something like a rock or not up high off the ground it won't take the command. Sometimes, if you move to the highest point on the foundation and it's not touching anything, then it will work too. Just thought I'd let ya'll know.
Oh and also... not sure if this plugin is the cause, but once ownership has been transferred to someone else, doing /sethome does not work. I waited for several mins after it gave the message and had the player try again and it still didn't work. This has been happening for awhile. -

My Teleport seems to be working just fine but I'm not getting the in game messages that tell players there TP Limits, Homes,When they already have a home set, etc. What am I missing to turn this feature on? Thank You.
