how remove/add tokens??

I want Add Tokens to a player
command: TPR.Call("AddTeleportTokens",string USERID, int NUMBER);
but appears this error in consol: Console class not found: tpr

I would like to know if it is possible to allow teleports near or on buildings. I know it can cause glitching.

Someone help me, i added the TPR.cs file to plugins that i downloaded, but it says
