This is a fix for anyone using FTP who can't add stacks or see permissions folder!

So Basically I rent a server and have to use FireFTP (Mozilla Firefox addon) to add plugins and so on. So my problem was that I couldn't see the permissions folder to add stacks in the game or in the permissions folder. So to get the permissions folder working, all you have to do it make a fake json folder (a.json) and leave it blank and place it in your server config file and poof, all your permissions folders from plugins will appear! This is due to there being bugs in FTP clients and simply uploading a file will update it!

P.S (Make sure to deleted that file you created)

Also don't forget, you can just use commands to change everything as well.

If you DO modify the file, use "oxide.unload StackSizeController" then modify the file, then run "oxide.load StackSizeController" to reload the plugin. This will ensure your file changes are not lost. These commands need to be run in the console.

 

Can you make it so I can type /stack (category name) ### because having them all modified is annoying then going into the json is annoying, so is it possible to make it modify a single category?

 

That would be a very large update. It'll be a while till we get there.

i uninstalled and reinstalled the plugin but it keeps saying this

Hey there. Using a rented server and FireFTP to upload and modify. Attempting to use RUSTY to /stackall 65000 and getting the Command not Found error. Attempted deleting config file and reloading the plug in. No fix. Any ideas?

This is what ive got

 

/stackall is not a console command, you must use the command in-game.

 

Okay, thought I might be able to use it from Rusty. Guess I was wrong. Thanks for clarifying!
