is there anyway to fix the stack problem where you craft a bunch of high stone wals then delete them to make a
stack higher than what you have it set at
I have been watching this plugin for some time and many have been having problems and not many seem to help
others now call me old fashioned, but I believe in helping and sharing so here please all who wants it take it
StackSizes.json has nothing to do with my plugin. Also modifying the config file by hand is a bad idea.
What is broken? I'm going to need more than have it updated...
If the new items aren't in the config, you'll need reload the plugin and those should be generated. If not, backup your config and create a new one. Seems to
have issues updating the config for some reason.
Please point out where I said StackSizes has anything to do with your plugin and changing the config is not a bad idea I have been coding for 30 years I know what I am
doing
You included StackSizes.json which isn't even my plugin, is formatted differently than my plugin as well.
Changing the config can very well be overwritten. If you've been coding for 30 years then you know what my plugin does, and partially that it's broken right
now. So your changes to the config, unless it's completely unloaded, will not stick. Even then it might be overwritten.
Not broken for me if it was I would of reported it. The two files I uploaded above, I use and find they work well
together, I know one is not yours, but I don't see why you are upset with me uploading and linking others to another plugin to use that works well and helps many on here
with their problems that they have been asking how to fix but no one could help them well this does help and works. I know configs can be overwritten with changes depends how
the coding is done, but I always keep backups of everything just in case that happens
I created this plugin specifically because StackSizes was broken, and they WILL conflict with each other. It's not the correct solution and will only server to
confuse people.
If you would like, you can however modify my plugin to fix the issues and perhaps I can release that, rather than encouraging them to use an old broken plugin that will
conflict with mine.
You won't get errors. You will have conflicts though. Both are setting stack sizes modifying one config might be overwritten by the others settings, etc. There is a
high chance of headaches and confusion for the less technical users.
I would re-code it, but after my heart attack I made a promise to my kids, I will be taking it easy. But so far
for me 0 conflicts. I might work on it a bit but will take my time would have to do it when kids are in bed
