Try a different URL, that site may not allow linking directly to images. imgur.com is a good shot. -
doesn't work on my server either. nothing shows when the /sil is used. tried ingur and a few others. nada.
Update, it finally gave this error.
Failed to call hook 'sil' on plugin 'SignArtist v0.3.2' (NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object) -

Check your oxide/logs for the full error please. -

Hi!
I can't get permission to "Sign artist".
I have installed the plugin, and typed the "signartist.url", but still get the message ;" You don't have permission.."
Any ideas? -
Wulf Community Admin
You need to grant the permissions, the permissions aren't the commands. See Using the Oxide permission system | Oxide. -
Really loving this plugin. Being able to use custom images brings a lot of personal touches and life to the otherwise generic and repetive landscape. But I have a few minor issues:
I am renting a server that i can access via ftp... how would I go about putting images on that server and upload to rust? I have the rust permissions sorted, but unsure where to put files on server, as i tried putting it under a custom SIL folder in oxide\data & one in \storage, but I don't know the drive letter it is on for the "/sil file:\\...." command... if I use the get url function of my ftp prog I get a "ftp:\\...." link, and trying to upload that just gives me a 530 error (something about access denied)
Also: a request /idea: Could this plugin be extended to be able to save images from signs as well? Sometimes what you want is that rustic charm of aa hanpainted sign, but you want it several places. Would be a nice feature. Only thing we would be missing then is the ability to type messages directly on signs using fonts for quick and easy info signs, which might be an entirely different plugin, but would really complete this as the ultimate sign/picture plugin. -
anyone else seeing this issue as of the last update? anyone have a work around currently?Code:
grant group admin signartist.urlPermission 'signartist.url' doesn't exist
-
Wulf Community Admin
You don't have the plugin installed if it says that. Check our latest announcement and make sure the plugins are in the right location. -
Hey Wulf. Love this plugin. Any chance it will be compatible with spinning wheels soon? The image is centered oddly. Thanks.

Wulf Community Admin
It isn't my plugin. -
How do you do that? Iam new to this!
-
how to revoke the signartist.raw from default group?
-
Wulf Community Admin
Use the revoke command, same arguments as the grant command. -
I'm have the same issue. Plugin is installed and in the right place (new directory). When setting permissions via console I get "Permission 'signartist.url' doesn't exist"
-
Wulf Community Admin
The plugin isn't loaded or isn't in he right location then.
