My plugin doesnt work, it is installed but it keeps saying I dont have permission even though I have typed everything into the console, when I puyt it into my conole nothing happens

I'm still not able to get the set limit in config to work, people can put however many images they want.

Is there some place I can find aspect ratios for all the signs in Rust? Someone suggested using the textures from the game but as I understand it those are now in encrypted unity bundles and therefore not accessable?
