You'd need to be admin with Rust first, else use RCON. See http://oxidemod.org/threads/admin-and-moderators-in-rust.6520/. You grant the permission using one of those methods.

  6. Please how set permission for all players?
grant group player signartist.url - not working

    when I try
grant user NICK signartist.url - this is fully function

If you updated Oxide recently, the default group is now default, so grant group default signartist.url. If you are testing it with yourself though, you are likely in the admin group, so you'd need to grant yourself the permission or your group too.

  8. A small question : can we put the pictures we want to use on the rust provider ftp and use the link to make the picture on the signs ? (load from server's machine) it must be in .png ?

  9. Yesterday my server was attacked with vulnerability in this plugin. Somehow restrictions in config file was bypassed and attackers loaded many pictures from many differen ip adreses, it caused a huge lag of of whole server for some seconds...

  10. I think you can make a localhost web server and use it to make links localy

What URL are you trying to use exactly?
    [DOUBLEPOST=1464210710,1464210674][/DOUBLEPOST]
That isn't really going to help anything though, the client still has to get them sent to them from somewhere, just more load on your own server.

  13. Urls that worked on a server i used to play, links that are not really supposed to be shown on here :p

I'd make sure they are valid direct URLs, not pages with images on them.

  15. I go to the original site it comes from, I last tried with this.
Keeps saying, Could not resolve host: "website"

Without seeing one of the URLs, I can't tell you for sure what's wrong.

  17. I added the link on the word "this" Sorry for not being clear about that :/

Ah, I see. The link isn't a direct link either, that's why it's not working. You can see this by looking at both the URL and the contents of the page where there are text elements and not just an image.

This is what you were using:
    http://science-all.com/image2.php?pic=/images/wallpapers/pictures-of-space/pictures-of-space-2.jpg

This would be a direct link:
    http://science-all.com/images/wallpapers/pictures-of-space/pictures-of-space-2.jpg

  19. Thanks for explaining that, but I still get the same message unfortunately :/

Have you tried other image URLs from other sites? It may be that host is not accessible from your server.
