It's a Rust issue, they're working on finding a fix for it.
[DOUBLEPOST=1421444733][/DOUBLEPOST]The protocol should be both 1178 for client and server, so I'm not sure how you are getting a mismatch.

yes I spawned correctly on the dev branch. guess we are waiting for a update?

i got a 5mb patch client side sometime ago, it did not fix my issue on my server. I can log into other peoples vanilla servers just fine. I reinstalled the last update my GSP has given me and I still spawn underwater, underground as before. So is it a client side thing or a GameServer.com thing?

Most freshly generated maps are having the issue. -

[DOUBLEPOST=1421458243][/DOUBLEPOST]after re-reading the post, I am still getting the Checksum error clientside. I can log into server but thats when i spawn underground, inwater in the middle of the map under an airdrop tarp. I can then run to shore and get back on the ground but the map has no nodes of anysort. I am guessing but i think both are related to the checksum error that pops up in my client console during the end of the load. -

Hi,
i don't know but there was a 5MB Update some minutes after the release of 16012015-v5 , so oxide is currently outdated ?

Is the latest Oxide build 119 for the current version of Rust or the Experimental Branch ?
As it didnt work for me, but build 105 does work fine.
The error I had with 119 was "Failed to load extension Oxide.Ext.Lua (DllNotFoundException: lua52)" -
having the same error with the latest oxide build.
Edit:
try one version older, works at least for me:

The test build 119 is for people wanting to experiment with the new features and it works on both branches for me. -
updated just pushed out, anyone know if the latest oxide works with this?
-
according to gameservers this is the reason oxide isnt working on mine, but not convinced

ran a test on my local server, looks working.

But some players can't connect. Incompatible version.
