Verify your Rust Client files. That sorted it our for me. Also had to close Steam and reopen for update to fully process.

Wulf is correct, i checked my console client side and getting the checksum error others are talking about. However there are other server that I can go into. and load up just fine
-
All works fine for me
-
Its only my own servers that I cant join, I can even join my local test server that has the exact same files and command line (except for IP). I have tried fully reinstalling the game client, and reinstalling the server on the host, nothing helps.

The last server side patch didnt help with the checksum mismatch but downloading dev client did, so its a client issue.

Im having issues spawning under water underground,
Hello,
It looks like a client patch has been pushed, but a server patch has not yet been released. The client patch now allows you to join servers with the Version mismatch. We recommend that you do not try to join servers with this version until a server update has been released.
Thank You, -
Question, on a completely unrelated note, is there an updated items list I can take a look at somewhere? Since I am just playing around on my server, and I won't ever release it for public use, I thought I might spawn in some of the new items/blueprints to test them

Some peoples servers have been spawning them in the sky
