    That error means they are missing lua52.DLL or Visual C++ 2012 x64 is not one.

    Getting the same error, replaced files, same error, reinstalled Visual C++ 2012 x64, same error
    AlThough Build 54 works fine .... Build 55 doesnt work, not for me

    EDIT:
    My bad, wasnt aware of another update, damn so many updates..

    Reinstalled oxide manually, wiped the server and still had some issues. Deleted some newer plugins and everything seems fine. I think it may have been a plugin that was causing everything to go awry. That was a long night.

    installed latest oxide and now when you leave server and come back walls are missing. There not gone thre jst not loaded and the missing walls/floors / foundations differs every time you log in ..

    Oxide 2 doesn't do anything with your walls, it is simply hooks for plugins. More than likely it's a Rust bug.

    Check your logs for errors. They can be found under server/yourserveridentity/oxide/logs. More than likely you did not install Visual C++ 2012 x64 or are missing a file.
