If it starts fully and you can connect locally, then it's a port forwarding issue most likely.

Comment out everything other than the line in your .bat script that contains RustDedicated.exe, then open a blank command prompt from your server's root directory, then run the script in that command window and see what the output is. -

Everything that was possible is established. It isn't mediocre I can't start from a label as on the machine otsutvut video the card all this server hardware I am connected to rdp if just to click that nothing zero emotions.
