    doesn't seem to be working. Tried completely wiping my server and redownloading everything but it's not....
    I'm on rust v1344.... and latest oxide that was just released (2.0.1702)

    What is the issue you are having? The build works fine, but not all hosts may automatically provide the latest.

    I downloaded oxide from Rust:IO | Oxide - pasted it into my rust server directory (after downloading the server), overwriting all files.... I started my server and there's no sign that oxide is running. there use to be an indication in the console window

    There's no oxide files created in my server either, like the config and plugins folder

    I am also having the same issue as Nomelas. Oxide does not appear at the bottom and the server will not start at all.

    That isn't Oxide, that is Rust:IO (an extension for Oxide).

    If Oxide is not showing on the console, then Oxide is not installed. If the server does not start with Oxide installed, then you're using an outdated Oxide build or Oxide is not fully installed.

    I downloaded the latest version of oxide from oxidemod Oxide for Rust - Updates | Oxide. Drag and drop, overwrote files as I've previously done. Server downloaded update from steam. When I launch the bat file oxide doesn't appear at the bottom and the server doesn't launch.

    If you updated the server after installing Oxide, then you uninstalled Oxide. Please upload your RustDedicated_Data/output_log.txt here.

    I don't know how it couldn't be fully installed if I dropped the whole thing in. Unless the autoupdate on the server is removing a critical file I don't know how it's not installed.

    There was an update. I uploaded it. started the server. no plug-ins? what to do? and here's another thing.

    You don't have Oxide installed. Oxide is a mod, so it needs to be installed after any updates.

    used the wrong link - Oxide for Rust | Oxide but that's what I am using. and that is my problem.. it's not installed... how is it not installed? am I doing something wrong?

    My server IS starting just fine though, and it's updated. I used the oxide downlaod from that link... I'll try again

    That doesn't appear to be related to Oxide, something with your server.cfg or command-line.

    Okay, but did you update the server after installing it? If Oxide isn't showing anywhere in the console, it isn't installed.

    That's why Oxide isn't working, it needs to be installed after.
