the only way to sethome next to someones house would be by making there own foundation not far. and that foundation you can easily prod it to see who owns it.

I don't really see how Reneb's plugin could be causing this, would it be possible to shutdown your
server, delete todays log, start the server again, "blow up" a few C4 and post the log or something? That would make it alot easier to pinpoint the problem.
