    He`ll need the other one for the belt too, otherwise it will say he does not have permission for it.If inventory is clean items will go to belt first and there goes the issue.

    is there a log so the owner can see what admins spawning so admin when admin spawn for example a base i can see in the log ? :p

    It doesn't have a log, but you can use the Logger plugin.

    <permission> is not an actual permission, for anything. The correct permissions are listed on the Overview.

    I have been using the plugin for about a week or so , I was wondering is there a way to sop the "give notifications" in the console, so no where it wil show anyone giving anything?
