how do you do taming i have died like 15 or more times trying to get this to work

 

it saying I don't have permission to make a animal a pet, i'm a admin on my own server

 

when server saves i am getting this:

also pet sleep animation don't take effect until you hit your pet.

I'm getting the same in the console log.

 

just noticed, what these "Entity is NULL but is still in saveList - not destroyed properly?" warnings is killed pet entries.

 

cant give permission to myself

 

just use in f1 console oxide.grant user "yourusernamewithoutsymbols" animalcode (any of the list)

• 'canhorse' -- Grant permission to horse taming
• 'canbear' -- Grant permission to bear taming
• 'canwolf' -- Grant permission to wolf taming
• 'canchicken' -- Grant permission to chicken taming
• 'canboar' -- Grant permission to boar taming
• 'canstag' -- Grant permission to stag taming

 

how do you wake your pet once you use /pet sleep..

 

For some reason, I can't get any pet to feed/eat. Whenever I hit USE on a dead NPC, my pet just walks to the location. As a result, all of my pets have died of hunger. What am I missing?

 

Its very picky,and broken imho. the dead body isn't where the wire frame/mesh is. It's usually better to stand about 10m away from the body and click on and near it until a yellow cone surrounds you and the message pops up saying it's time to eat.

You kill a animal your self then press e on the animal your pet will then eat it

Human NPC is defend mode, but auto attack for pet....

 

if you put your pet to sleep how do you wake it up
