Rust Permadeath banning/no respawning

Hi,
my friends and I are organizing a hunger games server where once you die, that's it- you can't play anymore.

Only thing is, I need to actually prevent them from respawning (even if they rejoin), or ban them permanently upon death. The only permadeath plugin I've seen is one that deletes all your entities- this is useless in my circumstances.
I know a bunch of other players also want this, so in doing this, you'd be doing not just me a huge favor, but others, such as those in the questions section of the existing "permadeath" plugin: Permadeath

I do not care about the logistics of this plugin so please do not argue with me over how this will "ruin my playerbase" or "server". Let me worry about that

 

Many users in the thread requested it already, I'm assuming that specific developer doesn't want to implement it.
