what do you mean when you say (you will have to use the oxide folder at the root files (MrBrown)i am having the same problem with Oxide plugins as you were,i am also hosting a server for rok with host havoc,i dont see a root folder?

HostHavoc just updated their knowledge base as of yesterday. It now reads:
Step 1: Download a plugin/plugins from the Oxide website.
Step 2: Log into your our game control panel here: http://panel.hosthavoc.com
Step 3: View your game service and open it in the panel.
Step 4: Open the File Manager.
Step 5: Navigate to the Saves/Oxide/plugins folder.
Step 6: Upload your plugin(s) to that folder and restart/start the server.
Step 7: You're all set!

-I can't tell you why your server have changed map. That never happened to me.
