NightLantern

/lantern does not return anything in chat. Also typing /lantern while its night time dosent appear to turn off lights or turn them back on. This is tested on a fresh server.

 

Needs permission nightlantern.use

 

May I suggest a return of something like you dont have permission to use that command because I thought this was broken.

 

Hi guys,

All of a sudden getting the following:

Failed to call hook 'OnPluginLoaded' on plugin 'NightLantern v2.0.8' (NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object)

Have tried to delete plugin and config, restart server, stop server, reupload new downloaded copy, start server and still get the same. Any ideas?

 

I'm getting:
Failed to call hook 'OnServerInitialized' on plugin 'NightLantern v2.0.8' (KeyNotFoundException: The given key was not present in the dictionary.)

Next steps?

 

Doesn't work, It's enabled, doesn't turn off lights at day

 

Never mind solved the issue

 

Anyone else had any issues with the searchlights not coming on at night? They haven't worked since the wipe.

 

I did and I just uninstalled the plug in and deleted config file and re installed

Hey guys need some help, I cant seem to get the plugin to work its installed its under the plugin list no errors show up in f1 when i do /lantern nothing happens no errors or messages. This is my config. I also had a question about the config is someone can help me with that.

I am just trying to get only the lights to turn on with out fuel in our server but have the furnace/large and fire place to use fuel is this configured correct for that?

 

You need to add this to the config:

"IsBroken": false;

(totally being sarcastic - it's not working for me either

 

Having the same issue with the error, but it's just nonstop spamming my console so that's fun lol!

Hi,

I installed nightlantern on my server but i cant seem to manage to enable it.
I use all the commando's i could find (in chat, console and in the program RustAdmin.
Installed Oxide and updated it to the last version
Commandos used: /nightlantern lightson lightsoff e.t.c

Been looking online for it (google, youtube) but cant find a good howto

Think i've found the problem. think its the persmission. When i enter it in any console i wont get any response....
i use: grant user Gatzu nightlantern.use

Also tried with grant group admin

 

inversion of rust relanced 21/07/2017 consumes are good but the auto on off do not worck for some lights : ceiling light its one of them

 

Feature Request: Lights only auto turn on if player is online (players are reporting large FPS drop at night)
[I have lights restricted per player with EntityLimit plugin]

 

May i ask how you disable/enable this function for players?
Like is it possible to have only the lights placed by GM works with the /lantern commando?
