New snapshot build server and download locations

    Didn't github block the use of direct links or am I just doing something wrong. I've tried using http and https protocol yet github still blocks me from directly downloading it. (EDIT: Browser works fine)

    Have you tried setting a user agent? I've had no issues downloading via PowerShell and similar scripting.

    Thanks. I had no idea why i was getting it but using httpclient.Request.UserAgent := 'Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 6.0; SLCC1'; seems to be working. I've only been programming for a year now. Thanks for the help
