Wich gui? The main one, that shows if player is trying to use blocked item?
Nah - it would stay on the screen and show the timeleft for the block. Player can simply click anywhere on screen to close it.

Cos I have no idea if it's nececcery - on the first run all of the items are blocked, so if the admin wants to block only part of them - the players will drop every gun\cloth they have on....

well fair enough to drop them since we need no combats till time finished but am afraid that ppl start crafting and losing their stuff so just give them like 10 secs to drop in stash and boxes.

Hi, would you be able to add a list that blocks items for unlimited time?

could be used for example to block the use of stashes

 

There is a bunch of plugins that does so. You can simply create another plugin(rename main class and the filename of this) then setup block end to something near 2099 and have some items blocked.

 

can you add option for bullets block
for example:
-Rocket
-Incendiary Rocket
-High Velocity Rocket
-Explosive 5.56 Rifle Ammo
