Why Does the command /ipanel show not work i am using this config http://www.filedropper.com/infopanel can someone help me please

 

I can't see where the .CS file is or the link to it that you are speaking of.

Added the plugin to the server but the panel did not otobrazhaetsya and respond to commands,looked trye cfg,chat prescribed, but the screen is still there!

Random question here but is there any chance Ipanel or any other mod could cause (kicked: Steam: k_EAuthSessionResponseAuthTicketCanceled) ? Im just ticking some boxes here. Only one person on my server is getting constantly kicked because of this and not on any other server. Can't figure it out.

As of last recent patch, the info panel cannot be closed
