does anyone have the file to add the Economices to the infopanel?

 

Does anyone know had to change the colors of the text, I saw this in a youtube video and I am curious on how they did it

Info panel is installed and no errors but it is not visable and i cant figure out why. Any help would be great.,

 

On my server radiation enabled through a plug-MonumentRadiation when radiation is turned on or off icon radiation as it is, and how to fix shines? What would be when there is no radiation and the icon does not light up?
