I'm sorry Resistance for bothering you but could you please help me with this tiny ignorant problem....

I been over a week without this plugin in the server... All i did was Downloaded the Cs.. And nothing happens lol... I typed /ipanel like 100 times... (within a week) ... I read a lot of irrelevant questions about Configuring the file.. but Looks like no one is having problem like i do...

I checked the front Page.. it was talking about API And strings and what not.. i don't understand those.. do i need to Change cs File because it states I can activate it for other users or just me.........

Umm Is there Another way.. Because I don't have Skype Installed And It Would take Ages to Recover my Account. -thinks- how About Steam or Email?

 

I use skype as you can talk on it I can few your desktop if needed and we can send files to each other you cant do all that with them other programs
