Make it in seconds, more accurate. Cause currently when you try to change it, it doesn't work (10= 1 second).

 

I say it again but it is really a nice plugin ! It allows me to give actual news ( important ) to players !

Can you tell me how to add colors to the text if I want to ?

I don't think he understands what a 24-hour clock is.

I cheated a little and I downloaded another plugin (CompassGUI - Compass GUI for Rust Experimental | Oxide) and modified the config/plugin so that it looks like it belongs with the bar and ends up looking like this:

I have attached my config and plugin file, use /compass to turn off and on.

I disabled them, will upload a version with coordinates shortly just fixing up a few issues with our servers.
