Good evening,
Players do not get what they buy

 

Please upload your GUIShop.json config file so we can take a look. Otherwise it is impossible for anyone to help you based on what you've told us so far lol.

When they call the shop this is displayed
But when they buy, they receive nothing like it for me.

 

I have found and fixed one of the issues you had on your config file. Basically. Pretty much every item in the file was put incorrectly.

For example, you had this in your config file: "item": "Hunting Bow",

The correct way to do it is this: "item": "hunting bow",

Under the item part, you should never use capital letters. I have done you a massive favour and gone through the WHOLE thing and changed them all. You should now have no issues getting your items.

HOWEVER, there is a second issue in your config file that I will not touch as I will leave it up to you to figure out what you want where.

You're only supposed to have one "chat" shop in your config file. You have 2 or 3. Items you want to appear in /shop all need to be merged into one "shop" rather than 2 or 3.

You can still have as many NPC shops as you'd like with as many different items in each shop as you want.

Upload your new config file and do oxide.reload GUIShop in the console and then /shop should work (when you've set it up properly that is).

If you need help getting it into one then I can help you a bit more.

Here's my .JSON file. I've placed an NPC in world. I have all the dependencies installed. NPC works, I just can't get the GUIShop.JSON to work. Can someone help please? Thanks!

I've also been seeing others' files and trying to make sure I have set everything similar. I have also gone in and done the oxide.reload HumanNPC command and then retry and still nothing. I could sure use the help and point out what I'm missing. Thank you in advance!

 

Correction. Tested .JSON file, says valid, but still can't get it to work for the NPC or the /shop command in world.

 

Hello ! I love this plugin ! But.. Can you add the quantity value in shops ? Because actually shop can be only admin shop, I would like create sale hotel with quantity, when un item is bought, the money of the buyer go to the money of the saler of this item.
I think is a very good idea for this type of plugin !

Any chance you can edit this to make it work with all items in game with no NPC's ? I know I'm not the only one who would love for you to do so. If you do it surely it can be pinned to the first page or even the example script by the dev.

Yes mate pretty much just for those like me who play on a server and get a crap load of points and cant be arsed to go out and find all the components again after they log on and have lost all their items to a raid whilst they were offline. I think a lot of the plugins are awesome but sitting there trying to learn how to edit them only to find it doesn't work is heartbreaking for noobs like me.

Can I give 10% discount for VIPs on the GUI Shops on NPCs?

 

How can I put the NPC just to Sell 1 item? ( without options to buy 100,1000 or ALL)

 

why can all the items be in the chat shop already i spent hours trying to get all this to work and end up breaking it all and i just want a simple template of all the items or useful items in the shop >_<

 

I do not understand
in NPC USERID:
you must use /npc_list to get the list of the NPC IDs and place the id of the NPC that you want to be this market.
You may use "0" as ID, this will ACTIVATE the /shop command.
if NO "0" markets are set, the /shop will not work and the shops will only be avaible via NPCs.

How do you set a market to "0" ???
