Rust Gender/sex change

As FP has said you dont get to choose your gender in real life so they arnt letting you create your character in game. Your gender, skin color and other "features" are dependent on your steam ID

 

This was again reinforced during the Rustafied update stream on twitch. Players will not be able to create there character in game as you dont get to create your character in real life. The only way to get a new character model is to buy a whole new copy of rust on a new steam account.

 

How about new Steam account to use with Family Sharing?

It would work but you would lose all the progression on servers you were playing on

I actually dont mind not getting to create my character before playing the game as the "joy" of the game is the game itself and not the character creation... If you want character creation and want to see huge arm and titted midgets then may I recommend changing to Ark: Survival Evolved? I generally despise character creation and usually just click random anyways, Either way Gary has said no that its not happening

 

At least there could be some (really) busty avatars.

oh fuck off, not being able to creat your own character is the leaste of rusts issues and isnt the reason the game is having issues. If you want to point at why the game is dieing its the horrible server optimization and piss poor server performances

 

Why should people play when they dont like the character

 

the real question is why argue Garry doesn't care what anybody thinks even his own Developers the whole gender topic has been asked and begged a million times Garry's already stated that he doesn't give a shit and he's never going to switch it arguing on this forms not going to help anything nor is it going to change his mind as he probably doesn't even read these forms. it's Garry's decision and its final

 

@ice cold lay on the salt more... its not going to change it. Garry said no and its linked to your steam ID. @Wulf this needs locked as sex changes arent possible and the dev said they are never implementing it.
