This would require to edit the lua file currently.

Increasing the values of a specific resource is planned for the C# version of the plugin, and regarding Happy Hour, I don't actually plan on implementing such a thing at this time. I don't think you can actually execute a chatcommand with the TimedExecute plugin but I do plan on adding console commands with the C# rewrite though.

 

Using Notepad++ I was able to modify the Lua to set access at Authlevel 2 only.

I am not a programmer, but I also am not dumb hehe, and because I really want the Happy Gathering Hour event, I did these things:

- Created a new folder in the FTP of the server, with 2 sub folders: Normal and HappyHour.
- Made a timed command using my FTP software to copy the file from HappyHour to oxide/config, thus replacing the current file for m-GatherRate.
- Used TimedCommand to issua an oxide.reload m-GatherRate command from the RCON, this activated the newly copied config file.
- Then, when the happy hour is off, the FTP software copies the config from the Normal folder, into the oxide/config folder.
- TimedCommand issues another oxide.reload command to activate the config.

And voila! It works

Wish I learned programming, I actually have a programmer like mind (I guess lol), but went into a different career path... lol

PS: I am testing to make sure both the ftp software and the timedcommand works roughly the same time, but so far so bloody good!

I install the mod and when i go in game as admin i write the command /gather 5, for example, but i keep getting the message "the gather... is: x1"

Why doesn't it change the value correctly ?

I figured it out. I had to download another pluginhttp://oxidemod.org/plugins/auth-level.702/ to make me owner/admin. If you get past that, don't forget to restart your server and delete the old gather BEFORE you start the game.

 

When I install it then config file doesn't appear? Is that because of new oxide version?

 

Any news ? Really interested by a multi gather possibility

yep! on a fast modded server, the quarry is kinda obsolete until we can crank it up twice the modded gather

 

I think @Mughisi can't do this, because there is no needable hooks...
